Had my wisdom teeth removed here a few weeks ago, and I am still experiencing a high level of pain and pressure in the spots where my wisdom teeth were removed. I called to report this, and was given an incredibly hard time about scheduling a post-op appointment. They tried to say I need to be evaluated for TMJ (something I have never had, and would not make any sense that I would develop because of having extractions). Finally the receptionist said "I guess I will schedule you a post-op visit" but then tried to tell me there were no appointments... The only positive I have to say is that whoever took care of me when I was waking up from anesthesia was very kind and helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Wood and Myers for my dental implant. They were gracious to take me urgently after I broke a tooth and needed help before a trip and I was grateful for this kindness. I had left the care of another dental surgeon in Chambersburg who wanted to charge me twice the amount that Wood and Myers charged. The office staff were responsive to my calls and worked with my schedule for follow up visits. I would definitely recommend this office for dental implants. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Smith and Dr. Arya.

The billing department is a nightmare. Impossible to get receipts to submit for your HSA. Neglected to submit a pre authorization claim for dental work forcing me to cancel appointment even though I was in the middle of receiving the work. horrid customer service. I switched dentists.
