My first contact with Solar Grids was Jared T at the Harrisburg Home Show-he was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and able to answer questions-leading me to see what this company could do for me-and I continue to be impressed! From the consultant, Rick, assessing my situation (including going up on a ladder to check my roof) and answering my many questions- to speaking to the owner of the company, Todd-I’m increasingly happy to be going solar with Solar Grids!

From the handwritten marketing letter we got in the mail talking about solar and roofs, to the interaction with staff at a fall fest, all the way up to install, this company has been wonderful to deal with. Todd is great to talk to and is quick to respond through email or phone calls. He even answered questions over a holiday.Brian, the rep that came to our house to pitch the sale was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He went above and beyond staying late at the sales visit to ensure we understood what it was we were signing. Todd and company are excellent! They are spot on with being committed to do the job right, and offer excellent customer support and service. The work was completed as quickly as possible. Our project was adding a house backup battery to an existing solar array, which was installed by a different company a few years back. If I had it to do over, I would chosen Todd to do the work from the beginning. I have no complaints at all, and only praise for the way he handled this project.
