Secco is very customer oriented and Aaron provided knowledgeable, professional and friendly service. My apologies to Aaron for having such a low ceiling in the closet where the water heater lives. He banged his head a few times for the cause and deserves hazard pay I was very impressed that the office(Mike) kept in touch with me with updates on Aaron's arrival. I give the technicians 5 stars for sure! The office staff lost a star because 1.) when I called to follow up before the appointment, I told the rep that I knew the serial number and mode of the motherboard for my AC that I needed. I gave it to the person so when the techs arrived on Monday, they could already have the part with them that needed to be replaced. The techs arrived on time but were never told to bring the motherboard. AND 2.) , when they ordered the part, the first delivery (30 minutes later) was wrong. It was 2 pieces of PVC and not a bleeping MOTHERBOARD!! The techs were very courteous a d went above and beyond to bring my unit into compliance free of charge.... read full review
