About Reach For More

Reach For More has a great team of trainers who help clients achieve their fitness goals. They offer personalized training plans that cater to specific needs, such as strength workouts for Ironman training or flexibility for golf. Trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and build exercises that challenge and give confidence. Sessions are designed to be fun and efficient, lasting around 30 minutes a day.

    Great team at Reach For More!I trained for an Ironman with Don. He was very dedicated to helping me achieve my best race. He writes excellent training plans for strength workouts and they don’t have to take more than 30 minutes a day.

    Went to work on my flexibility for golf. Brian Reed has done a great job. Have decided to continue with them to work on my core strength and balance. They make the work fun and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Reach if you want to get training for a specific need.

    Don and all the trainers at Reach For More are amazing! They are very attentive and thoughtful addressing your fitness goals/journey and build in exercises that both challenge you and give you confidence. It’s a very collaborative environment so even if I’m with a different trainer, I still feel consistency with how they program my session.
