We had a radon mitigation system installed in the basement of our home in February. The price was very reasonable, and both the estimator and installer were extremely professional in all respects. The install took the entire day, and we could not be more satisfied with the result; it looked like the system was designed with the home and installed when it was built. A new radon test was performed two weeks after the installation, which showed that the mitigation was a success. My family can now use our basement without fear of the radon. We highly recommend Precision Inspections & Radon Solutions, they were phenomenal to work with. In 2021 our passive radon system was activated and in 2023 we had another suction point installed closer to the center of our basement; however, our radon level averaged double digits. Selena scheduled our appointment for Jeremy to evaluate our radon system, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. During Jeremy’s visit, we learned there was negative pressure in the basement when we closed the door that leads down to the basement.
