He went the extra mile and installed shut-off valves at no extra charge. Who does that these days? That little extra effort blew me away.
His rates are super reasonable, especially considering the quality of work.
Everything was fine at first but I feel like Cody just took on a project that was just above his skill level. He was paid in full out of good faith but he just stopped responding and never finished the job. We had to hire another plumber to come finish the job.
