I've only been to Poplar Square Dental two times, but so far so good! Everybody I've dealt with has been very nice. I was dragging my feet looking for a new dentist (I had to change because of retirement and getting different insurance) and I was disappointed to not be able to find not one dentist in my town that accepted UPMC For Life Medicare. That's pretty disappointing considering there is a UPMC Hospital five minutes from my house. Anyway, Dr Lewis and his crew are very personable and have a good sense of humor which are definite pluses for putting patients at ease. I definitely recommend them!
Dr. Lee and his staff are AMAZING! The front office staff are so kind and helpful. Cierra and Kayla are two of the most sweetest and caring girls I’ve gotten the pleasure of getting to know. Kayla is a wonderful hygienist - very knowledgeable and cleaned my teeth like a pro! And Cierra assisted Dr. Lee with some procedures I had and she was phenomenal - made me laugh and kept me so calm and comfortable - she’s a treasure! I’m not one to enjoy going to the dentist but I am so over the moon happy with Dr. Lee and the team. Dr. Lee is so kind and caring and he has made all of my visits a breeze! He’s the BEST! Thanks everyone 💕
I just had to share my experience with this dentist office—they got me in the next day and fixed my chipped tooth right away. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lewis and the young lady(forgot her name) explained everything clearly and worked so efficiently that my whole tooth was fixed before I even knew it. I was in and out without any stress or waiting around. Highly recommend if you need a professional dental fix. Just make sure to always ask for estimates to avoid any surprises later, just in case
