Reception staff are friendly. The PT team I worked with interacted in such a way that I felt they cared about me. They were patient and thorough when answering my questions. I walked in with discomfort in my left shoulder and graduated after a few months with no discomfort and a plan to help maintain my progress on my own. Remember that with PT, you have to put in the work.
Melanie and her team were absolutely wonderful. Grace was very helpful and kind, and Kayla was extremely detailed oriented and really watchful when I was doing my exercises to make sure that I was doing them correctly. I really appreciate all the help, and the fact that they encouraged me to do squats and lunges with weights. I definitely feel better!
