I have used Leggett exclusively for HVAC/plumbing maintenance and repair for my home and rental properties for over 10 years. I have been impressed with the thoroughness of their work and their honesty with suggestions for upgrades. I have never been disappointed or had a need to have a technician return to correct something that was done wrong. Every employee I've ever dealt with has been extremely polite and respectful. Keith replaced my old water heater. Jeff called me to say that Keith was in his way and should be there by 8:30. Keith was kind enough to take my old water heater and set it up by the sidewalk for pickup. Keith did a fantastic job. He brought in his shop vac and vacuumed where the old water heater sat. He showed me the two new shut off values and the new expansion tank. He explained the new water to me as to where he set the temperature and how to relight the pilot if it goes out. Keith cleaned up the area after he was all done. He wrote a detailed bill as to what he had done. I also appreciate Jeff scheduling to have my water heater replaced.
