IGNITE Elite Athletic Training

We reached out to Ignite when Holden got invited to a few showcase events for baseball and he wanted to perform at an elite level. The owner, Matt, was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating- giving us many options to fit our schedule and budget. We saw immediate improvement in his mechanics and his times improved week-to-week. We plan to train at Ignite for many years to come!

Coach Matt and the rest of the crew are incredible. Our daughter plays volleyball pretty much all year round with club/school. In a few months, our daughter has gotten stronger, faster because of the program they put together for her. They have truly helped her game immensely.

She has become so much more confident in herself and her skillset. It has translated to the courts and we cannot express how thankful we are to the Ignite crew.

We take our 10 yr old grandson for Strength and Agility training. He loves it. He looks forward to Tues and Thursdays! The trainer is great and is very good with the kids. Definitely recommend.
