If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I’ve been going here for 18 years. I was there for routine cleaning and a toothache on a back tooth. The entire place was disorganized. Different hygienists were in and out of the room talking about other patients right in front of me. The doctor disregarded my toothache and sent me home. He told me my xrays looked fine and that nothing was wrong. I called back a few hours later and told the receptionist my concerns. She was super nice and rescheduled me with the primary doctor and reassured me I would be taken care of. I walk in to my rescheduled appointment and they pulled me into an office room. I have been going to Capital dental for 20+ years seeing Dr. Dunn who was amazing! He retired and sold the practice, and it's been going down hill ever since. I have a fear of the dentist so when he left I was scared and nervous. My first visit was AWFUL I went in for a cleaning and I came out with no cleaning and insults from the DR about my mouth, and how my teeth have gaps and that I shouldn't smile, and I should've had it taken care of years ago. I told him I was fine with my smile. But he kept insisting that I get caps for all my teeth. I'll never go back there again that dentist has no bedside manners.

I’m sorry but absolutely joke. They promise to call you back but never do. They leave you hanging on anything not pertinent to them. Dr Sisk is great but let’s be honest you can find a great dentist anywhere.
