My fiancé and I have never floated before and we agreed after that it was an amazing experience! We did the sauna first and then a float. They give very thorough instructions and everything you need before and after your float, just bring a brush! They had little chocolates everywhere and plenty of water. The hour float doesn't start until you're in the pod, not taking time away to pre and post shower and everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing.
Floated for the 1st time today. Awesome expirence. I felt so calm and relaxed. Would definitely do it again.
