Thank you to Jen for the beautiful lion cut for our long haired kitty! He had mats in his fur because it is difficult to brush him. I was nervous for his first grooming because he is shy and nervous around people he doesn't know. Jen did a wonderful job with him, and I will be returning to keep him well groomed. He is a happy cat with his new coat!
Excellent service every time! Everyone is so kind and understanding when it comes to nervous pets and they do everything they can to keep them calm and make the appointments as quick and painless as possible. ALSO when they are ahead of schedule they will text you to let you know you can come early which has been a serious schedule saver when you've got a busy day. We are even moving further away soon and will still be making the trip to Compassionate Groom and Spa!
Always a great experience with the team at Compassionate Groom and Spa, I took my Frankie in for a summer cut.. her coat was becoming matted due to me waiting longer inbetween grooming so we discussed taking her completely down & I asked that if possible they save some length on her tail and ears which they were able to do. She looks awesome and I always know she’s in good hands when she’s there. Thanks a lot! (Before and after)
