I had always heard North Pittsburgh Heating had a good reputation, and I'm here to tell you it's both true and earned. Our AC failed late yesterday. Tim called me within 90 minutes of leaving my message and Dan was here on time first thing this morning and resolved the problem within 30 minutes and for less than $300. I was greatly relieved to learn we didn't need a replacement; just a repair. Dan was knowledgeable, personable and informative. You simply cannot beat this team. Thanks guys!
Let me set the scene. It’s been hot and humid for several days, and then the AC goes out! I start to look for someone to help me, and Tim calls me back AFTER HOURS. Technician Derek shows up early the next morning, and fixes it quickly and inexpensively, and patiently helps me understand the issues. What a relief! And although it’s supposed to be 90° again today, we (and our pets) will be nice and cool thanks to the great work that Tim and Derek did. Thank you!!!!
Emergency Service was immediate and effective! We arrived home to company arriving and a cold house after our son’s graduation. My husband called Tim at North Pittsburgh Heating Co and he immediately came to diagnose and fix the issue. About 30 minutes later our home was nice and toasty! Thank you!
