Had a couple windows replaced because of fog between the glass. Excellent service and skill by Mike. Windows were replaced in a timely manner and we were educated on the best way to open the windows and care for them. Great service by Mike. Thank you!

INCREDIBLE RESPONSE AND SERVICE!
I had an existing Window World window pane slip out of its track on a Sunday. I called for service. John returned my call and tried to talk me through re-seating it. Unfortunately I couldn’t do it. John said he would dispatch a technician first thing Monday morning.
Monday morning maybe 7:10, I got a call from Mike who indicated he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He was. In no time, Mike corrected the problem. Mike is personable, professional, and very skilled and knowledgeable. I can’t thank him, John, and Window World enough. Thanks again.

Mike and Andrew Andrasy came today to repair one of our windows. They were so polite and friendly and did the repair very well. They showed me how my window works. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything done. We love the warranty.
