The entire staff are very pleasant and always helpful, the gym members themselves are all very kind to each other as well. I purchased the personal training sessions and was set up with Julie. I can’t begin to explain on how much she has helped change my whole life. Through her teachings I have started a complete lifestyle change and with her help I’m already seeing results physically and mentally. I cannot stress enough on how great she is.
