Abby did a great job. I was disappointed with a previous cut at a different sports clips from a different person… And she took the time to really make it right.
Hot towel and shampoo is great.

I don't want to download another app to make an appointment. I was told it would be a 17 minute wait and it's going on 30 minutes. Stylists are on their phones while 2 of us are waiting past the time we were told we'd wait. Hair cut was fine but the service is severely lacking.

Been coming here for 4 years and have always got a good hair cut, until today. I came out looking like a Marine in boot camp. I know that they get a print out that says how we like our hair and they also ask, which she did, and my cut looks nothing like what I asked for. I might have caught it before it was too late but she had the chair turned in a way that I couldn’t see myself in the mirror. Beware of having Jessica as your stylist. All the other girls that have cut my hair did a great job.
