I've been here a couple times, first for a piercing and then for a tattoo (both of which being my firsts) for both appointments the employees have made me feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere can be a bit intimidating but no one was anything short of kind and I will be going back for more work💜

Brett is a great tattoo artist and a really cool dude did my first tattoo and it turned out great really good price too compared to other places I definitely recommend Electric Empire to anyone looking for quality work in butler
