Very unprofessional, they never answer the phone. Today someone finally did and when I tried to schedule she said she'd have to call me back because her computer isn't even up and running yet, whatever that means. Appointments in the past have been a nightmare because it seems there's no one in the front desk. Poor communication.

I have been trying to obtain my medical records from this office for several weeks. I've called and emailed multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. Patients have a legal right to their records and this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. Still waiting.

Met out of pocket max. They are in network provider with my insurance and copay is $0. Yet their billing department asked $90 per visit but my copay is $30

I have had serious back feet and elbow problems that doctors said I would need a narcotic regimen to manage the pain. Dr Zhang at the Bryn Mawr location cured my pain. Not on any pain medication at all. She is the best acupuncturist I have ever been to. And I have tried a number of different places. Absolutely the best. She also took care of my asthma and no longer use my inhaler. Best most reasonable price as well.

I highly recommend Yang Institute for acupuncture. If you are considering it, try it! The results have been nothing short of amazing. Dr.Zhang is excellent and has truly helped me. Sarah at the front desk is friendly and helpful.

I have inflammation in my legs in part due to arthritis in my hips. I went to see Dr. Zhang to see if I could get relief in the near term and defer surgery on my hip. I am happy to report that the Acupuncture program I am on has given me much relief and I have deferred the surgery. I have been very pleased with the results.
