Tracy is hands down the BEST! I started going to her for massage sessions to help release tension and increase motion in my shoulders and hips and after a few sessions, I felt less tense and more flexible throughout! Her techniques are great and she is very knowledgeable. She is wonderful. I recommend!!

Tracy's knowledge, experience and passion shows true and true during her massages. During my massage with Tracy she made sure I was comfortable and asked if there were any specific areas that needed extra attention. I appreciated her efforts to tailor the massage to my specific needs. She also did some amazing stretches on me that I would not have been able to do on my own.
