The girls at the front desk were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never been to an office that had such cheerful staff. The doctor was great and although I wasn’t a candidate for non surgical neck lift or lipo, I appreciated his honesty. I did have some Botox and filler. I’m still a little swollen but I can see the marionette line have softened. The doctor gave me the name of a surgeon for tummy tuck. Thanks ☺
Five star experience - very happy with my results. Dr. Kwak and his staff were professional and very friendly throughout the entire process. They take the time to meet with you multiple times after a procedure, and make sure you are recovering well.
Everyone at the lumen center is just amazing! They are all so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. They really listened to exactly what I wanted and addressed all my concerns so that everything went smoothly from my consultation to the procedure! Even afterwards, there was always someone available from the office to discuss any questions or issues that might have come up outside of normal business hours which was super helpful and reassuring. I would highly recommend the lumen center to anyone who is considering!!
