Along with his skillful, effective hands, Dr. Tancredi is also a very thorough diagnostician and an absolute wizard at catching more complex conditions that need to be referred out. I was referred to Dr. Tandcredi by my Upenn Orthopedic Surgeon. I was experiencing knee pain so severe it was interfering with exercising (hiking, running, HIIT), but more importantly with my daily life (walking commute/going up and down stairs). Prior to seeing the surgeon, I sought help for my knee pain from a few sports doctors in Philadelphia, none of which could determine a solution other than PT. I've been through about 4 rounds of PT which I did religiously to get better. PT is great and very important, but it wasn't taking care of my issue. With nowhere else to turn I sought out a surgeon. At this point the pain had been going on about 2 years and was the worst it has ever been (sharp pain with movement). Having no visible issues on the Xray or MRI the surgeon sent me to Dr. Tancredi for ART procedures. After being in pain for about 2-3 years, my knee pain was completely gone after a few visits. It's absolutely unreal that I have been dealing with the pain for so long and it was corrected by Dr. Tancredi so quickly. I am no longer in any pain at all and haven't felt any pain for weeks now. I am also back in the gym exercising regularly pain free. I am SO THANKFUL for Dr. Tancredi I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
