“I can't say enough about our amazing experience working with Todd for our daughter's bat mitzvah. From the moment we were first in touch, I was impressed that he wanted to meet her. While many would find it sufficient to work with me, he really wanted to get to know her - he even invited her brother to come so he gets to know our family! All of our interactions leading up to the event were so pleasant and professional - he is simply a wonderful person.
However, where I was really blown away was at the event itself. Todd was on hand at every turn to capture every person, every moment - yet somehow managed to do so unobtrusively. Not only was he there for candid photos but he captured photos of each group of friends and family coming in. In our own posed photo session, he brought out each and every one of our family members' personalities. He was a tremendous part of our celebration.
Where his gift of seeing people and his keen eye truly emerged was when we saw the photos that he took of the event. I could not believe what he captured. It wasn't just that he was there, in moments I didn't even see: what really captivated us was how he SAW us. If you did not know our family at all, you would learn who we are, who our daughter is, and our spirit, all from these photos. From tender hugs, thoughtful gazes, silly moments - Todd captured it all. Our photo album is magnifacent, and will be the thing that memorializes this event and our family for years and generations to come.
