The entire team here was excellent, from the couple working the front desk, the technician, and the veterinarian himself, Dr. Heyde.
When was concerned about my dog, Gatsby, I was able to make a same day appointment. The technician and the veterinarian both listened to my concerns and were dutiful in outlining a plan of care for my dog.
Like most owners, I was worried about cost. The visit and prescription were surprisingly affordable. I was able to ask questions about different medications and strategies until we were in agreement on what was best for the dog. I left feeling reassured that I had a good plan for the dog.
I’ve been bringing my dogs here for about three years now and have consistently received exceptional care. Dr. Hyde and the entire vet team always go above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered and concerns are addressed. Recently, I accompanied my partner to a different vet for his dog’s annual visit, and the difference in care was astonishing. The other vet was unable to create an open, welcoming conversation about certain vaccines and preventative measures that they were pushing us to consent to. Dr. Heyde and his team are the best. They have been our vet for 5 years now and have been very supportive and sweet to all 3 of our pets. Unfortunately we lost our shepherd (15 yo) in December, but before that Dr. Heyde took such wonderful care of him every time I brought him in the office even in his less mobile days when walking on tile or staying upright was a challenge. Now we just have our 2 kitties who typically come in as a duo and Dr. Heyde and his team always show them so much care and compassion. I also appreciate the holistic approach Dr. Heyde takes with my guys; he isn't a doctor that is going to try to upsell you or make you spend extra money. He never... read full review
