The most incredible client services I’ve ever experienced. Beth G. was short staffed and there were patients coming and going nonstop, I needed help with a somewhat complex concern. None of the issue was their fault, but Beth stepped in and helped me with determination, kindness, and fixed the issue while not missing the opportunity to help each patient that walked in or out!!! - Talk about excellence! Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Ivana Percec and her assistant Joanna. They were were on time, professional, kind and overall fantastic people. I had an excisional biopsy on my leg on the same day. Dr. Percec made sure to take her time and hence I had no pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend this office!
