I haven't yet had work done by The Groutsmith, but I've gotten to know John through our BNI chapter and wanted to share that. His work ethic and the way he talks about taking care of customers are genuinely impressive—he clearly takes pride in doing right by people. Based on how he carries himself professionally, he'd be my first call for tile and grout work. Looking forward to working with him.
Bob from Groutsmith spent an entire day at our house and did an amazing job! He worked tirelessly ( didn’t take lunch) and we could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend.
Groutsmith did an excellent job. The tile floors look brand new. Bob their technician was excellent. He took a great deal of pride in his work. He explained every step of the work he was going to do. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them. I certainly would us them again
