Brian & John are great--my mom used them for many years and I've used them for the last several years. They've been great whenever I needed them, and several times I've called and they were honest and said it was not something I needed to have them out for, versus trying to upsell me.

Just called about a plumbing repair we need completed in our basement and the man I spoke with was incredibly condescending and rude. I asked about scheduling an estimate and he said he does not give estimates for this small a job, so I asked what a price range might be, which he wouldn’t give me. Then, when I asked what his availability is to complete work like this, he spoke to me like I was an idiot for considering doing the work without a price. Incredibly off putting experience and definitely will not be using this unprofessional company. I got the sense part of the derision and condescension related to misogyny, so especially recommend against this company if you are female… or if you just like to be treated politely and professionally. We have had positive experiences in the past with WM Henderson and A to Z family businesses for those looking for a better option.

I've been using this firm for quite a while - they are very prompt with their service, show up precisely on time, do the highest caliber of work and always at reasonable costs. They are highly knowledgable and old world skilled craftsmen. Highly recommend.
