Our confirmation showed up there and I had the text reminder on my phone but some snafu happened with the computer. At first we were told there was no one available to do our massages. I think a therapist stayed past her time and another magically appeared. Not sure how she did it, but we were very happy with how Akira professionally handled the situation.
