It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. I was so nervous and anxious. The receptionist was such a sweetheart and helped with myNerves. Jen did my wax and explained everything she was doing and kept me in conversation to keep my anxiety down. I highly recommend this place!! I will definitely be going back! I would give more stars if I could!

After coming to this location for about 6 consecutive months I can honestly say that the customer service is top tier! The ladies at the front desk are always attentive and polite; even if they are an employee filling in from another location. Amber is the specialist that I go to, and she is AMAZING. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she explains everything that she’s going to do beforehand and has a warm personality that puts you at ease. She is a Gem!
