It is not easy to find a trustworthy and honest HVAC company, and I am lucky to have found it with Murphy's. I initially reached out to them years ago about issues with AC reaching my second floor, and instead of recommending a second unit or new unit, they enhanced the productivity of my current unit, which was by far the most cost effective option. The honesty and integrity has only continued throughout my dealings with the company since. Huge shout out to Brian Murphy who came out to check to see why my ac unit wasn’t working. As I described what was happening with the unit, he listened intently and he was confident he knew what the issue was and could fix it. After running his tests he was able to confirm the issue and fixed it on the spot. He is so knowledgeable in his field. His work ethic is extraordinary. He was thorough in his analysis and his communication about the issue and how he would fix it was superb. The best part of all he is a really genuinely nice person to work with.
