Erika and staff at Logan Videon went above and beyond my family’s expectations for my mother’s funeral. We wanted something small and intimate. We also had a specific timeframe to accommodate some family members. Erika listened carefully, no hard sell, gave practical advice and crafted an event that fit our vision perfectly. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism provided by Johnandrew at Logan-Videon funeral home. From the moment we arrived for the viewing, through the funeral service, and especially during the military honors at the cemetery, every detail was handled with compassion, dignity, and respect. He went out of his way to polish my husband’s guitar and made the process perfect, exactly as requested. He was always following up, ensuring everything was just right. My husband’s appearance meant everything to me, and they made him look so so good—peaceful and just as I last saw him, as if he were sleeping. I had been searching and spoke to over five funeral homes, but once I spoke to him, we connected—he was the one! The team’s guidance, warmth, and attention to detail made an incredibly difficult time more manageable, and allowed our family to focus on honoring our loved one. The military honors were simply breathtaking and truly memorable. My husband Darryl Ward is now resting in paradise, knowing how well everything was handled. Prior to the death of my father, I did not have a funeral home in mind but I am so glad it was Logan-Videon in Broomall. I found them based on their amazing google reviews. From the initial call at 6am in the morning to the engraving of the stone, Erika Haas was nothing short of fantastic. She was kind, empathetic, and very understanding. She guided my sister and I through the entire process, something of which we did not anticipate going through so soon. On top of it all, she never tried to up-sell us on anything but explained all the options throughly. I highly recommend Logan-Videon in every aspect and we are very grateful they took excellent care of us during a very difficult time in our lives.
