I called Falcone and Truman about a week ago regarding a leak in my water panel - I was told over the phone that an estimator would come out for free to give me a quote on the repair. Apparently, it wasn't the estimator they sent and the mechanic sat in the car as the tech had to keep going to and from his car to get my questions answered. The mechanic in the car gave me a verbal quote of $375 to have the valve replaced. I asked for a written quote and the written quote - that I had to call and ask for multiple times was for $525 - $150 more than I was told. The owner refused to honor the price I was verbally given so I will not be using their services.

Some called me quickly and came out to evaluate the job. Then I never heard anything. Called back three times and and was told my contact would reach out, but they never did. Finally I called again and they just told me they couldn't help me.

FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING is extremely responsive, professional and does high quality work at a reasonable cost. They recently mounted a new bathroom double vanity and installed new faucets and did an excellent job. Prior to the work, I contacted a number of highly rated contractors. FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING was the only one who could do all of the work with one team - the others wanted to have a carpenter on-site one day and then plumbers come in a different day, and this just wouldn't work with our schedule. FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING's price was also the most reasonable of all the people I spoke with and even took the time to do an in-person quote to confirm the work that was needed (no other company did that for us). I would definitely recommend and use FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING again.
