Had my first haircut here today (12/5/25), and it is one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I have thick, tight, S-shaped (2C) waves that tend to get stretched out and heavy when my hair grows to one length. Heather, who was the stylist who did my cut, put volume and movement back into my hair minus the bookshelf layers that I’m sure many curly girls are used to. Much better than even the $120 DevaCurl cuts I used to get. I still have most of the length and can put my hair back into a ponytail without little pieces sticking out because the layering is so blended and nice. Absolutely recommend to other curlies!
Best haircuts my kids and I have ever had. I wish I lived in town. As it is, I will drive all the way from New York to have Kara cut my hair. No, really. Ask for Kara. She's the best.
