After a water line break flooded my basement, I called SERVPRO around 2:00 am and my call was quickly answered. After explaining my situation, Joe reassured me SERVPRO would be here first thing in the morning to assess the situation and recommend solutions. That morning a call let me know they were on their way. After assessing the damage the crew quickly got to work. Working quickly and efficiently, within a few hours the required work was completed, fans and dehumidifiers were in place and information for what would happen next next was given to me. Serve Pro did an amazing job when my family had a house fire. They were very quick to respond and very diligent during the clean up process. A huge shout out to the cleaners, Misty, Tina and Joe they did a great job and were so thorough. Joe and Judy supervised the project and kept us updated every step of the process. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Very fast at responding and excellent staff. Very easy to talk to, good at listening, doing what needs to be done and making sure it is done to your specifications. Thank you to the Brookville office (Joe &Judie) who were very friendly and so easy to talk to! They make sure you understand every step of the way and make you feel like this just isn’t a job .
