Very prompt response and within hours of my call had removed wet ceiling and rugs and placed fans and dehumidifiers. Gave suggestions for what needed to be done with electronics and other things that were damaged. Willing to wait for payment from my insurance company.

SERVPRO did an excellent job in cleaning up our basement from water damage. Joe was great to work with - very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even came during a snowstorm in bad roads to check to make sure the fans/dehumidifiers were working properly. The work crew did a wonderful job in cleaning up everything.
