If i could give no stars i would. Owner was very very verrryyy Rude. I called to get info on the service, I wanted to book an appointment for the service. She told me she didn’t have time for this, I’m supposed to know this already. “Do you go somewhere and not know the the price?… No. ) Very very unprofessional, Disrespectful and i don’t recommend!

When I arrived, the door was locked, my daughter had to call for the door to be opened. The owner stated , she only does appointments, but there wasn’t any signs posted. We didn’t have an appointment, we just wanted waxing done. The owner did not greet us and her dog came running out. She proceeded to chase the dog around until she finally caught it, picked it up and put it away. She came back and attempted to do my waxing without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands and she was trying to explain to me how expensive the dog was and that it didn’t have an odor. I told her she needed to wash her hands because she just handled a dog. After we went back and forth, she finally used some hand sanitizer. She waxed my eyebrows, which I didn’t like, but I just figured I would not return. She did my daughter’s waxing, but not without making several rude comments. We will not be returning, there is a lack of professionalism. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

If I could give zero star review, I would my 14-year-old went to get her nails done. They messed them up would not listen to her. She wanted coffin and they did appointed now she ended up leaving. They still charged her and one hand had acrylic but no paint the other hand had absolutely nothing but glue and the start of nails. Just because she’s 14 does it mean they can get over on her? That is not acceptable they are taking a vantage of a teenager. The lady was insanely rude and try to rush her out because the power was being shut off that’s not acceptable in anyway.

A nice place but the service is horrible. Another one, it takes forever to get your nails done and in the end you have to come back the next day because the polish comes off. I mean, I never go back to that place again. Another one is expensive for a low quality of work.

If I could give 0 I would she not only cut me proceeded to do my nails sloppy and the polish uneven, she then told me I needed my eyebrows done so I could become beautiful.Services: Acrylic nails

I would give her no stars was serviced for a fill in $70 dollars I had to come back the same day the day before Mother’s Day (Saturday) paint job horrible base of my nail is lifting she told me do not come back because I caused her problems I said I’m paying a service and your not giving me what I asked for take a look for your self I would never spend my money with this lady ever again she very incompetent say she been doing nails for 30years !!!! She asked if I wanted a refill and told me to go inside. I walked in & it didn’t even seem like anyone worked there or it was even a running establishment….. instantly turned around and walked out. I think it’s time for her to retire the paint brush
