1st appointment with Julia & Dr. Cassidy at DHCA in Brookhaven yesterday. From the check-in process with the lovely young lady (whose name I never got) at the front desk, to the stellar and gentle service I received from hygienist, Julia, to the great appointment with Dr. Cassidy, who was engaging, an active listener and so knowedgeable, to the gift swag bag upon exiting, they have found a very happy & satisfied patient/consumer. They even offer periodic contests and ways to earn prizes like gift cards and Phillies tickets. Dr. Palumbo and her team are all so kind and patient. She explained everything in great detail and it was actually painless! I feel so much better about coming to the dentist now! Great experience
