...This is an additional post. They are not just service providers, but partners....From Dr. Mohammed and staff, including Claudia, Sue, and Victor I feel well cared for. What I like to do when there is an issue is to speak directly, and things get resolved. We are partners, teammates in my care. Kudos, Access Dental!!!!!!
Dr. Mohammad is the best!!! So I had a small issue there in December, ( AND TO BE CLEAR NOT WITH DR . MOHAMMAD)....Dr. Mohammad actually got on the phone himself when I called to complain about what had happened the day prior when I was there, he listened to me and brought me in the office the following day and fixed the problem, he came into the office just to see me that day and fix the issue.. HE HAD NEVER SEEN ME BEFORE.....THAT'S A GOOD DOCTOR!! Highly recommend him and his staff! I Had 3 crowns put on today VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME!! He has 2 great assistants as well I know the one woman's name is Sue, she's great, love her!! Not sure if the other... read full review
Absolutely fantastic. I had some retained roots that I was super worried about. He took them out in about 15-30 minutes. This has been a major concern of mine for 4 years. Finally I can relax.
