Service completed: March 2024.100% recommend and will be using Mike's Septic Service in the future!This was our first time getting our septic tank cleaned out since buying our home in the area and we were not familiar with the companies in the area. Reached out to them immediately following our septic alarm sounding. As we are new to septic, they walked us through step by step to help troubleshoot the alarm. After further discussion it was determined they weren't going to be able to help because of the unique system we have. Their willingness to help even though they knew we wouldn't be their customer speaks volumes about their customer service.

Called my usual company in mid-July to request septic pumping before September 1st. Was told they couldn’t guarantee it would be done by then. They also couldn’t tell me a date or time until the morning of the day they would do it. That wouldn’t work for our tenant who has to secure her dogs. I called Mike’s Septic and spoke with Grant. He gave me a date and time for the following week. Job is done. Grant was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Definitely will use them again.
