First time going, I always see such great things about best nail care. Got my nails done for my birthday and I hate them. Picture below is literally 2 days with them.

I had been going here for a year, they always did a really nice job, but then they suddenly quit reading my facebook messages, which is the only way you can book an appointment since they never answer the phone. I always tipped well, never any issues with anyone, my messages just don't get read. I really don't understand why it's so difficult to get an appointment.

Absolutely love them! I will continue to drive 40 minutes to have my nails done by the best and look fantastic every time ❤️

Very nice people and clean facility. I Called that day and got an appointment. I got my dip nails filled and I was not happy with the first color I chose and they were very understanding and redid them. Will definitely be back.

Place is ridiculous! I've walked in, several times, and there are workers in there with one, maybe 2 people. I am told no walk-ins, and I try to make an appointment and am told nothing for 2 weeks. Do better or you'll be our of business soon enough.

I honestly wish I could’ve given them zero star, one star is actually too decent for that place. They have signs up saying “only serving existing clients, they are only taking appointments”. I acknowledged the signs and I proceeded inside with the intention of making an appointment. I entered everyone just stared continued on with their convos, the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed. I don’t understand how they even still have a successful business. I eventually just walked out because clearly they don’t need the business.

Best Nail's is the BEST nail salon in the area! They are clean, friendly and just amazing! Paulette & Carl go out of their way to greet every customer, to make them feel comfortable & give everyone a good experience. I will never go any place else!
