We called on a Monday about getting a new furnace installed. Matt came out and looked over the situation the same day, sent us a quote by Tuesday morning, and his crew installed on Thursday of the same week. I couldn't believe the quick turnaround, and now the job is done. We didn't even shop around because he was the only contractor who called us back, and the price was totally reasonable. All the old equipment was removed, the mess was cleaned up, and the new furnace is ready to go when the temperature drops. I highly recommend Epic and wouldn't hesitate to call again for future needs.

Fast and courteous service. Great installers. Clean up. Once installed showed the furnace, but more importantly the A/C unit and told me how to prep for winter. Matt and his crew are one of the best to deal with.

I can not recommend Epic Heating and Cooling enough. We called yesterday for a furnace replacement and they were here bright and early this morning with the positivity that we would have heat by 3. It took way less time than we expected before our heat was back up and running. The crew we had was extremely sufficient, courteous, and cleanly! We are so grateful for the team getting to us ASAP. My four year old was very impressed with the “good job the boys did making the hot air go!”
