After reading some of the reviews, I see that I’m having the same issue. I see there’s a response saying that they’re under new management and that things are going to be changing. I’ve contacted the office four times today trying to get medication for my bedridden 80 year old mother who has a UTI. It still has not been called into the pharmacy. My only other option is going to the hospital via ambulance.

This place is by far the worse medical office I have ever endured. My grandma is bed ridden and relies on this office for her healthcare needs however, they are rude & ignorant and act as if they do not want to work or help. When she is scheduled for appointments, they take forever or just do not show up virtually, not even a notice to confirm my appointment has been cancelled, nit to mention, I had to take time off from work for this app. You leave them messages, no one ever returns your calls. Horrible, when ever they don't feel like answering there phone they literally ignore you. I've been calling about certain health concerns with my mother and they literally never do anything. The emergency room tells me to call her doctor. I'm writing this review and today I'm switching my moms doctor!
