I hired Favio to grade my yard. We set up a time and he recommended that I would need to be home. I took a day off of work and even called the day before to confirm that he would still be there. He never showed up and never called me with a reason. I burned a vacation day for a no show. When calling him, he sounds like I just woke him up and these times were well after 12pm.

Be aware that if your township requires a permit that they will not obtain it and the township will come back years later and require you to obtain proper permits. What a nightmare and Bensalem township is aware of his practices and allows it no questions
