First time patient - I can’t speak more highly of this children’s urgent care. The wait was average and there were quite a few people in front of us (Saturday evening). There are plenty of fun busy boards on the wall for children to play with. The woman checking us in was so nice and helpful. Nurse Alec was an amazing nurse with my 7 month old. The doctor was so bubbly, kind and patient. She gave us a diagnosis and some medicine. 5/5 would recommend and we will be using this facility again when we need it.
This facility is wonderful. I've been here on three different occasions after my sick child's symptoms were dismissed by his pediatrician. Each time, we walked out with answers and a cure. They staff have all been wonderful, even on super busy nights. I have full confidence in this place when it comes to making my baby better
Really pleased and grateful for my daughter's express care here. Reasonable wait time; real humans answer the phone with reasonable answers and care; clear, brief, and kind check in process, clean facilities, quality and comprehensive care fromstaff across the board. They genuinely seemed to care about what was happening AND understanding my daughter's history of care,Etc. Thank you NP Lauren and team. Highly recommend!
