This location is such a life-saver. I can't tell you how many times I have had to stop in to get ear infections addressed. From check-in to provider, it is always less than an hour.
I made an appointment for my son‘s sickness. Wasn’t sure how everything was going to go due to it being fall and this is usually a high traffic time. All the staff were super friendly got us in quick and we are out the door within less than 30 minutes.I will definitely go back if I have any needs on the weekend where my pediatrician is not normally available PS I personally saw a Dr. Riley and he was great with my child.
I was a little worried when I needed to take my daughter somewhere after hours because of the negative reviews. We had a great experience. From check in, wait time, nurse check in the room and Dr. All great! Haven't got the bill yet :) But the trip was needed and went smoothly. I had to call back to get a different prescription than the original. It was a little hard to find where to call, but once I did that experience went great as well.
