Sunshine Massage is a great deep tissue place that has been amazing for years. The therapist and the ladies know muscle groups very well and can get points in shoulders, elbows, back, legs, fingers and hands that release stiffness and pain. If you have a knot they can get it out, even if the knot wants to run away first, and a bit of sore the next day is normal because the muscles got a good stretch. Customers say they feel more relaxed after the massage and the staff are friendly. Many people have gone four times or more and will definitely want to come back. The massage is terrific, expert, and works out kinks and knots without needing to explain the areas. Highly recommended for strong body with multiple areas that need work.

This place is amazing. I've gone four times now and they've been great every time. If I have a knot, they can get it out.
I've gone to chain places and Sunshine is by far the best.
A few things if it's your first massage:
- It's normal to be a bit sore the next day - it means your muscles got a good stretch!
- If you have a knot, they'll get it out, but that knot will want to run away first, so your back/legs/whatever might twitch away - just wait and they'll get it out

I need to let everyone know that this massage therapist, Kylie, is the best in the Pittsburgh area. I have recommended her to multiple people, every single person who went was very satisfied with the terrific massage. She is an expert at deep tissue massage, in other words, if you are a strong person with multiple areas on your body that need kinks and knots worked out, this is the place. You don’t even need to explain to her the areas that need worked on, this is a definite sign of a truly gifted masseuse. I have been going to Kylie for years, followed her to a couple different places, she is amazing. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
