Major problem with brakes occurred while traveling from Ohio to Maryland. Painter’s went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. They could have easily overcharged us for their super quick service. Instead, it was unbelievably reasonable. This place is awesome! Kudos for your customer service and dedication to your customers!
Traveling through and needing some urgent assistance to get on the road, Painters came to the rescue! I was able to be seen quickly that same day and they got me back in the road in no time! Their team was so nice and helpful ☺️
We were in a accident with our truck which was totaled. Larry arrived with his tow truck from Painter's Garage. Drove us to Breezewood in the tow truck. We were coming back from vacation so we had a full truck with a container of food, a cooler, suitcases, etc. Our daughter was coming to get us. We had to let everything in the truck until the next day and would have to drive back which is an hour and a half from our home to retrieve our belongings. Larry made sure the truck was parked in a place where we didn't have to walk very far as we are elderly. He waited with us until our daughter came.
