I was driving to a wedding and heard a scraping noise when I would hit a bump. When I got to Breezewood I pulled into RCR Auto Services and Chance was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping me repair it so I could get to the wedding and home. Incredibly appreciative of his knowledge, kindness, and help!
Thank you to the owner of RCR for his help this morning. We had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. RCR was too busy with other calls to address our problem, but provided direction to another shop just down the road who could fix the tire. Your kindness is very much appreciated.
We were traveling through the area to go to our daughter's graduation at Penn State. At the PA welcome center, we discovered the tred on one tire was peeling away. We tried calling several companies and had difficulty reaching anyone. RCR answered our call and came quickly to fix our tire. We then realized we needed two new tires. He took care of both, despite complications. He was responsive, friendly, skilled and fairly priced. He even called later to make sure we reached our destination without further complications. We are greatly appreciative and wholeheartedly recommend RCR Auto services for you emergency auto needs!!
