The new staff member (maybe manager) the past couple weeks has been great & so helpful!! It’s been nice to be greeted with a smile when you come in & acknowledged when you leave. The store looks great also!! I actually enjoy coming to relax & tan now & have been coming more frequently!! Thank you!!

Updating my original review! ☺️ This is my first year going to Zoom Tan, I’ve been going for a few months now. I like it! The prices are a lot better than other tanning salons! Which is a huge plus. It’s always clean. Depending on the time, you don’t have to wait to be checked in. Someone comes to the counter right away. And if they don’t, there’s a sign saying they’ll be right back, which is awesome. The staff is great! When I first started going, I thought a couple of the girls were rude and unwelcoming. Both Mackenzie and Elizabeth are my favorite employees there. They always have a smile on their face and fully explain things when I have questions. I can’t say the same about the other employee, I believe her name is Krystal. She always seems unpleased and is kinda of rude every time.
