Travis cut down some very tall, dead trees and ground out the stump on one. He trimmed another big tree. He removed my rotten porch roof, replaced soffit, fascia and a door, plus resided the house. Now he's painting the foundation. He does meticulous work. I've never seen a construction site left so clean. Plus, he and Ralph are honest, friendly, and nice to have around, unlike many contractors.

My oldest son (age 8) has gone to Matt a few times now and he has been AMAZING to him. The cuts are always perfect and he makes the kids feel comfortable. My youngest son (age 5) has never liked going to a barber for cuts - but because of Matt and his welcoming environment, my youngest is now excited to start going and getting his ears lowered. Matt is professional, welcoming, and his results are always top tier.

Jeff built and installed custom kitchen cabinets, an island and a coffee bar for our kitchen and he did a beautiful job! The stylist spent time discussing my hair type, goals/desired style, and asked insightful questions to help find a good routine for maintenance. She also offered product recommendations to try but was not pushy about selling anything. I would highly recommend a visit here as my wavy/curly, previously messy hair is looking and feeling much healthier.

They created a lovely boutonniere and corsage. They did it the day of prom without an upcharge. The shop itself was adorable and had that lovely floral smell that candles cannot imitate. They had shop attendants/assistants that were both knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be getting more flowers from here in the future.
Im from Erie and own a place not far from here we use about once per month to get away. We had been here a few times since the new owners took over. They are doing a great job all around. However last night we had gone into Bradford for dinner at a place I won't name and we waited 20 min at a table without even an acknowledgement. So, we headed back towards camp and stopped at Pine Acers. I probably wouldn't have noticed how good the service was without the negative experience at the other place. They immediately acknowledged us when we walked in even though they were busy. They promptly took our drink orders and got us settled in with menus. They checked on us multiple times and updated us with the eta of our food. Let us sit and chat for a few minutes after dinner while still check to see if we wanted anything else. I dont leve a lot of reviews but I love supporting local places who do good work.
I called BTU to come out and take a look at my Fujitsu mini spit A/C unit, as it was no longer cooling. When he got here he did some tests and vacuumed the system and recharged it. Told us to keep an eye on it. We did as he recommended, our problem persisted. We called Dudley back, he came out, vacuumed system again, tweeked a few things , recharged the unit and it is now working great! And the biggest thing of all is when I called them, they called me back the same day. Thank you.
